Three years later, a major grocery retailer purchased 36,000 teacakes, which sold out in just 120 days, while his small restaurant baked over 2,000 teacakes weekly. Customers savored every bite, reliving cherished childhood memories and experiencing pure joy through the flavor of these Creole teacakes.
Fueled by community love and entrepreneurial passion, Chef Perrodin’s creation became a local favorite, a testament to its timeless appeal. Now, 13 years later, after facing the highs and lows of business, we’re back—stronger and more inspired than ever—with a simply irresistible treat that bridges the line between cookie and cake.
